How to Join
Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping
  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 5 - 15 days

  • Shipping & Delivery
    • International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including 0.2kg box weight)
    • We are going to ship the items with only SMALL Packet and EMS By Korea Post.
      (There can be differences with shipping service by each and every countries.) 
    • Customers should check the customs clearance and cover all expenses.
      (Please understand that import duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility)
    • Shipping fee excludes package material's weight. It's the buyer's responsibility.
      The shipping fee on the table is for product's weight. (excepting the box) 
      (But free gift's weight is not included shipping fee on customers.) 
Returns & Exchanges
Cancel/Exchange/Refund

  • We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.
  • Please let me know when you return the item.

  - Cancel
  • You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
  • If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
  • If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.

  - Refund
  • If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.
  • Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
  • Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
  • As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
  • Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.
  • ※ In addition, exchange/return is carried out as per terms&policy.

 - Case of impossible return
  • non-defective, shipped correctly item
  • Doesn't have any reason for return
  • customer tear off the tag, label and price from the product.
  • All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received
  • Any scratch and damage by customer
  • Products must be returned in the original box or packing
  • If you have not follow the return schedule
  • For same categories goods,please copy the original item or damaged package

  -Exchange
  • We can not be approved exchange in any case. - If you want exchange, you have to cancel your order and re-order you want to get the item. (Please check our cancel policy) 
Refunds
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Other
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
