You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.

Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
